01 / The workflow

Every quantity keeps its context.

From receipt to dispatch, warehouse, sales and purchasing teams work from the same information.

Open a step to discover what happens.

01On receiptRecord what is actually accepted

Your team uses a camera, barcode scanner or keyboard. It enters cartons and loose units; R-Node calculates the total and retains the supplier, document, batch and location.

For your businessStock reflects quantities received and you know where to find them.

02During the saleSeparate physical, reserved and available stock

Ready delivery notes reserve quantities; stock is deducted on dispatch. Partial preparations retain outstanding quantities. Expired batches and returns awaiting inspection are excluded from availability.

For your businessYour team works with quantities that can actually be sold.

03During stocktakingCount without stopping all activity

R-Node saves opening stock and timestamps the start and end of the count. Receipts, dispatches and inspected returns continue to be recorded. You identify movements already included in the count.

For your businessMovements during the period can be reconciled before a discrepancy is established.

04After checkingApprove the adjustment and retain its historyYour team’s approval

R-Node recalculates the discrepancy and resulting stock. Your team checks and approves the adjustment. The date, author and quantities before and after remain available.

For your businessCorrect an explained discrepancy and retain a record of the decision.

02 / In practice

You count. The warehouse keeps moving.

A delivery arrives while an order leaves the warehouse. These movements should not be mistaken for a stock error. Reconciliation considers when the count took place and what your team actually counted.

Locations, expiry dates, carton/unit equivalents and search by product, family, supplier or zone.

03

Reservations & bundles

Preparations reserve quantities; bundles use component stock without double counting.

05

Returns & expiry dates

Inspect returns, separate accepted and damaged units, flag dates and exclude expired batches from dispatch.

06

Value & priorities

Landed cost including acquisition charges, weighted average cost, stock value and amounts awaiting justification. Identify zero or negative stock and old counts.

07

08

Anticipation & Élina’s help

History, seasonality and expected receipts inform requirements. With the optional copilot, query stock, find relevant records and prepare actions for review.

Your questions

Picture it in practice.

Must sales stop during stocktaking?

Stocktaking is designed to allow sales to continue. Movements must be recorded, the count’s start and end retained, and movements already included in counted quantities identified. Your team checks reconciliation before approval.

Does a return immediately increase availability?

The return must be inspected. Accepted units are separated from damaged goods before being returned to stock; they are not considered saleable before inspection.

Can Élina adjust stock on her own?

The copilot helps interpret the situation and prepare actions for review. Your teams retain decision-making; adjustments are checked and approved with appropriate access rights.
